  • Taylor Wimpey, 2023

    We’ve been working with TW on multiple projects as we provide a rolling bank of hours for them. This involves the technical management of multiple sites and targeting specific high-risk issues to get things over the line. We have consistently solved problems raised by building inspectors, saved time on programs, provided value engineering, coordinated design, utilities administration and dealt with planning conditions.

  • Plover Road, Sheppey 2023

    Acquisition by West One Loans following a developer going into administration, planning for the site was due to expire 6 weeks from repossession and in order to make back as much money as possible through site sale, securing planning by implementing a legal start on site was required. ATC Ltd liaised with the local planning authority as well as a series of excellent consultants and managed to secure a legal start certificate for the site by clearing outstanding planning conditions and implementing a single foundation on site, thus securing West One Loans’ investment and allowing the sale of the site to go ahead at a much higher value (circa 4.5 million pounds more than if the planning was not secured).

  • Land Bundle Due Diligence, Thanet 2023

    Assisting with the due diligence of the purchase of 4no. developments across Thanet in Kent, site was started by a pervious developer, so ATC Ltd were instructed to assess the current condition of existing infrastructure through a full snag of every property (as well as all external areas) as well as creating up-to-date planning trackers. We also collated all information from service providers and previous contractors to ascertain the scale of work required for each site to inform a reasonable bid for purchase.

  • Chocolate Factory, Tonbridge 2023

    Providing full technical support 2no. days per week for the duration of the project lifespan, initial site inspection to assess access, residential liaison, creation of complex planning tracker and programme of pre-construction works. Regular design team meetings, appointment of all consultants and regular consultant meetings, physical site presence, managed all third-party designs (lintels, kitchens etc), creation of all H&S documentation and acting as Principal Designer for all works. We additionally, cleared planning conditions, carried out street name and numbering, organised building control and warranty and provided construction support.

  • North Foreland, Ramsgate 2023

    An additional site for our client West One Loans that required urgent planning and design management. The planning for this site expired within 3 months of instruction and multiple pre-commencement conditions were outstanding; including transport, drainage, archaeology, and others. The tight turn around required and the need to implement the planning, meant phasing ecological and archaeological works to clear parcels of the site. This allowed us to part-discharge the conditions and construct a length of road to gain the lawful start certificate. ATC wrote the report validating the road construction as an additional service.
